I’ve made burgers in the past and a meat pattie is not complicated to cook. With a title like ribs and burgers one would assume that this place would know how to make decent burger. I would have given this experience a zero star however 1 is the lowest. Suggest to retrain the cook on how to cook their meat patties.
Ribs & Burgers is an Australian gourmet fast food restaurant chain founded in 2011[1] by Bradley Michael and Chad Rahme.[2] The menu includes a range of classic-style burgers and other food items.[3][4] which also owns other restaurants around Australia.
As of 2018, Ribs & Burgers has 17 restaurants around Australia[5] - nine in New South Wales, four in Victoria, two in Queensland and two in Western Australia. They also have a restaurant in Teddington, UK,[6] and one in Pretoria, South Africa.[7]
- The Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group owns and operates The Meat & Wine Co steakhouses in Darling Harbour and InterContinental at Circular Quay. In addition, the group also has five Ribs & Burgers restaurants around strategic locations all over Sydney Neutral Bay, Bondi, Eastgardens, Central Park and at The Star in Sydney’s casino.

In 2016, in response to a craze of ‘unusual’ burgers, Ribs & Burgers launched a ‘Mutant Burger’[8] - an electric blue-coloured burger.[9]
